How has your business grown since working with Campos?

Significantly, from what was a humble much loved local in Birchgrove with the original Charlotte Cafe has now become a whole family of Charlotte’s with six stores across Sydney, each with their own individual unique style, but all staying true to the homely Charlotte philosophy.

What do customers say about the coffees you make?

It is the best in each location, our customers return day in and out, sometimes multiple times a day to get their caffeine fix. We are big believers in customer experience and quality produce. We may do the talking but the quality of Campos Coffee speaks for itself.

What have you learnt about coffee?

We are continually learning about Coffee, its taste profile, complexity and alternative methods of brewing. We have learnt that precision is everything, the product itself may be the absolute best but it is also the love and passion of making coffee that produces the perfect cup.
