How has your business grown since working with Campos?
Campos as a brand speaks for itself. The initial start up certainly helps having a respectable brand like Campos although its the long term commitment and business understanding that all staff, especially my Partner Manager, have to help grow and become successful.
What do customers say about the coffees you make?
Our coffee in the area is well renowned as being the best and our barista’s, along with Campos, will strive to maintain this reputation.
What have you learnt about coffee?
I believe I had a fair understanding of coffee, understanding what people want rather than the finer details of the farm to process procedure. I have learnt to respect the farmer more now than I did previously and Campos are a certain advocate of that.
